You can offer computers, laptops, tablets, monitors, printers, IT peripherals, telephone, networking and audiovisual equipment. Tell us the type, quantity and condition of the devices. We do not accept household white goods.
Can I offer a device that is not working?
Yes. Tell us what is wrong with it. We may be able to repair the device, or use working parts to restore other equipment. We assess the options based on its condition.
How do I arrange collection or delivery?
Send us the type and quantity of equipment, its location and your phone number. We will contact you to arrange free collection or an agreed delivery to our team in Ilidža.
Who can request a donation?
Schools, community organisations, institutions and individuals who need electronic equipment can contact us. Explain what you need and how you would use it. Donations depend on the equipment available.
What if the device contains data?
We offer on-site physical destruction of data storage media. Tell us about your drives before collection so we can agree on the arrangements, including any witnessing or documentation you need.
Does collection or donating equipment cost anything?
No. Collection and handover of accepted IT, telephone, networking and audiovisual equipment are free of charge. We do not accept household white goods.
Do you collect in my area?
We work across Bosnia and Herzegovina. Tell us your town or municipality and what equipment you have so our team can arrange collection with you.
When will my equipment be collected?
After receiving your request, our team will contact you to agree on a collection date. Please wait for confirmation before preparing a delivery or visiting.

What happens to equipment that cannot be repaired?
Usable parts may help us repair other devices. Parts that cannot be reused are sent for recycling, so they do not end up in household rubbish.
