Our forms ask for your name, email, town and message. Equipment donations and requests also require a phone number. Organisation, collection address and device quantity are optional. Please do not send sensitive information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, arrange equipment collection, discuss a donation or request, or coordinate a partnership. The form asks for your agreement to this use before submission.
Storage and access
New website forms submit to ERA Donation Manager for the Kompjuteri nade team. Authorised staff at Kompjuteri nade and ERA can process these submissions. Older website enquiries remain in WordPress. Contact us to discuss access, correction or deletion. Approved organisation names, descriptions and equipment needs may appear in the public charity directory; contact details are not included in that directory.
Technical information
The website uses technical measures to deliver pages, prevent repeated spam submissions and maintain the service. The hosting service may record access and error logs. External social-media websites have their own privacy practices.
Your choices
You can contact us by telephone instead of using a website form. To ask about your information or withdraw your agreement to further use of an enquiry, contact our team. You may also contact the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina about a privacy concern.
